Spiritual & Supportive Counsellor | Embodied Inquiry Practitioner

Dakini — Revealing Truth Through the Intelligence of the Body

Trauma-informed somatic inquiry integrating dialogue and consent-based bodywork.

Mission
I am a Dakini — a guardian of liminal thresholds, guiding people through the spaces of birth, death, trauma, sexuality, and awakening. My work supports individuals in accessing unconscious material held in the body through compassionate inquiry, somatic awareness, dialogue, and conscious, trauma-informed touch.

I help clients navigate moments of transformation where the body, mind, and spirit meet, revealing wisdom that cannot be accessed through thought alone. This work restores safety, presence, and embodied truth, honoring the body as a living source of guidance and healing.

About

Specialist in Somatic & Trauma-Informed Healing

Text (revised for clinical grounding):
I am Dakini, a practitioner supporting people through trauma, intimacy, sexuality, unconscious material, and life transitions, including experiences of death.

In Tibetan Buddhism and tantric traditions, a Dakini is:

  • A female embodiment of wisdom

  • A messenger between unconscious and conscious realms

  • A guardian of liminal thresholds — birth, death, trauma, sexuality, awakening

  • A being who works through the body, energy, and direct experience

My work aligns with the Dakini archetype because I:

  • Navigate profound thresholds of transformation in body and mind

  • Use trauma-informed dialogue and somatic interventions to access material often hidden beneath thought

  • Bring a high capacity for deep mind-body inquiry, uncovering unconscious patterns

  • Support clients in restoring embodied truth and integration, rather than idealized performance

I was bestowed the Dakini lineage by my enlightened Guru, Swami Rahasya, founder of South Africa’s first Wild Tantra path, the Advait Tantra School. This lineage grounds my work in a living tantric tradition, connecting deep somatic inquiry with spiritual insight.

3. Mission Statement (Dakini-Centered)

My work as Dakini is devoted to restoring embodied truth.
I support individuals in accessing unconscious material held in the body through compassionate inquiry, somatic awareness, dialogue, and conscious touch. Working at thresholds of trauma, intimacy, and transformation, I guide clients toward greater safety, presence, and integration — honoring the body as a living source of wisdom and healing.

Shorter version:

To guide embodied truth where body, psyche, and spirit meet — with compassion, clarity, and respect.

Spoken Versions (Grounded / Clinical)

Balanced / professional:

“I use the title Dakini to reflect embodied expertise — guiding clients through deep somatic and psychological work at key life thresholds. My approach is trauma-informed, integrating dialogue and touch to access unconscious material and support healing.”

Relational / clinical:

“Dakini reflects a practice of listening deeply to the body and mind.

My work helps clients safely uncover and integrate material that often lies beneath awareness.”

Spiritually informed, still grounded:

“A Dakini guides transformation where body, mind, and psyche intersect.

My work facilitates deep insight and healing through trauma-informed somatic practice.”

30-second version (balanced):
“I use the title Dakini because it refers to an embodied expression of wisdom — one who works at thresholds where truth emerges through the body rather than through ideas. My work supports people in accessing unconscious material held in the body through compassionate inquiry, dialogue, and trauma-informed touch.”

Softer, more relational:
“Dakini points to embodied wisdom — a way of listening deeply to the body where healing and truth naturally unfold. That’s the essence of how I work.”

More spiritual (for aligned spaces):
“A Dakini is a guide at the threshold — where body, psyche, and spirit meet. My work lives there.”

Dakini Shima

I love, this is my work.

I wander and wonder, this is my method.

I bow to the ancient spiralling lineage of Dakini, this is my inner fountain of wisdom and pure desire.

My deep pleasure is to find doorways into the Mystery,

on a magic broomstick,

inside the path of Rainbow and Stardust.

I have not yet found a place that I am unwilling to go, to discover truth, and I have found no illusion, too precious, to insist upon.

And sometimes, it has been necessary for me to stop and wait, for my soul to catch up to my body, as the great Masai do, when walking a long Way across the Savannah of Kenya.

I have been on this path for a very long time.

My oldest human memory is about 5000 years old, give or take, back in good old Sodom and Gomorrah, but once I remembered being a tree in an ancient forest, long before humans, and I could speak the language of forest and all who lived in it.

I go by many names, but feels myself currently as a Whispering Wondering Wild Woman
